Sun Welding Safe Company - Lost Dial Keys

1.You will need your safes serial number.

2.Call Sun Welding 805-584-6678.

3.If your safe was built before 1996 we can not provide duplicate dial keys. You will need to contact a locksmith.

4. Make sure your safe is registered in our database. If you have not registered your safe - click here.

 

 

Sun Welding Safe Company - Lost Combination

Lost Combination:
1.You will need your safes serial number.
2.Find out if you registered your safe. Call Sun Welding with your serial number at 805-584-6678.
3.Download the form “Lost Combination Form” for a lost combo or duplicate keys.
4.Fill out the “Lost Combination Form” in it's entirety and Notarize form. Provide all required information stated on the form.
5.Return the forms to Sun Welding. Fax 805-584-6169 or email: info@sunweldingsafes.com
6.Be sure to send any additional information needed. If you can not provide all of the required information please contact a locksmith for assistance opening your safe.
7.Be sure to include payment information.

SERIAL NUMBER-If your safe was built BEFORE 1996
The serial number will be located in one of two places, depending on the hinge side of your safe. If the safe is a left hand hinged safe the serial number will be located either on the left outside of the safe, on a silver sticker, or on the inside frame of the door, on a silver sticker. If the safe is a right hand hinged safe the serial number will be located either on the right outside of the safe, on a silver sticker, or on the inside frame of the door, on a silver sticker.

SERIAL NUMBER-If your safe was built AFTER 1996
The serial number is located inside the opening edge of the door frame. You will need to call Sun Welding and verify your warranty registration was received. If you did not register your safe there will be no record of the serial number. You will need to call a locksmith.

1.What if my invoice is located inside the safe? We require proof of purchase. A cancelled check or credit card statement will work.
2.What if I am not the original owner? We only release the combo to the original owner, with proof of purchase. You can contact a locksmith for assistance on opening your safe.
3.What if I can not locate my serial number? If you registered the safe call Sun Welding and we can give you the serial number. If you did not register your safe then you will need to call a locksmith to open the safe for you.
4.How long will it take to receive my combination once I have submitted all of the required information? Generally we will respond within 1-2 business day. If you have not heard from us within 1-2 business day please call us to make sure we received all documents.

5. What if the original owner is deceased? You can contact a locksmith for assistance on opening your safe.
